WHAT IS THE ENROLMENT PROCESS ?

TERM 4 YOU ARE ABLE TO JOIN: IPA

JUNIOR MUSICAL THEATRE is now FULL and unavailable for booking .

YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO JOIN ANY SPECIALIST CLASS ( Studio B , Studio X, Elegerie) BUT AUDITIONS FOR THESE CLASSs Will OPEN SOON

JOIN AS A BYTES MEMBER . Membership costs $50 a family

  1. You do this by clicking on MEMBER AREA 2024 on the top corner of our page. All families need to have a MEMBERSHIP for the given year.

  2. Sign In to the 2024 Member Area and Fill out the Application Form . ALL STUDENTS INTENDING TO JOIN US FOR 2024 ARE ASKED TO DO THIS.

  3. If the class of your choice is full or closed due to it rehearsing a production, you can choose to either go on to a WAITLIST and maintain your membership OR have your membership cancelled and refunded.

  4. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO TRIAL CLASSES AT BYTES ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE FULLY REGISTERED IN ABLE TO ATTEND. ( Why? So we know exactly who we have in the class, their contact details and any other important information. Also our BYTES classes are usually waitlisted and gaining a position can be impossible sometimes. Trialling, clogs our system and keeps kids who are super keen out of our classes, which are limited. We’d like to think if you are at the stage, when you are wanting to join BYTES, that your child has indicated a keen desire towards the performing arts.)

  5. If your child attends and would like to change to an alternate class, we will try our best to accommodate their request. If we are unable to do so, or if your child prefers to take up soccer instead, we will refund your term payment in full up to 7 days after your first class.


BYTES MEMBERSHIP

The BYTES MEMBERSHIP is an administrative fee which includes your access to the BYTES GATED COMMUNITY and INSURANCE, MUSIC, SCRIPTS and SCORES, RIGHTS, PERFORMANCE ROYALTIES and LICENSING.



Your BYTES MEMBERSHIP unlocks our BYTES MEMBER AREA and it is where you book your classes.

We also have lots of important information regarding your child attending BYTES, including our RISK MANAGEMENT POLICIES and Daily Operational Information.

The MEMBER’S AREA is where we publish important SHOW and REHEARSAL INFORMATION

There is one membership fee per family per annual year.

In the member’s Area you can also arrange Part Payment options through direct debit etc.

Each Week you will receive a reminder about your class so you can make sure you are always there.
